After working in several kitchens of representative restaurants in the City of Barcelona and dedicate the last 25 years to Grupo Tragaluz, it’s about time to run my own restaurant: El Principal del Eixample.
The team of El principal creates Catalan cuisine, with roots, seasonal, with products coming from the land and sea of each region. Designed and up to date cuisine, where the importance resides in the product, in which each ingredient has its taste, aroma and texture. A cuisine to eat well, tasteful and healthy. In short, the cuisine we like.
For me, cuisine is gastronomy. This is my philosophy and our team’s as well.
